MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Learn to spin your own yarn! Our members are happy to teach!
• Prepare and clean raw fleece, join free classes on how to get fiber ready for spinning.
• Find out more about raising fiber animals like sheep, alpacas, llamas, rabbits and even goats!
• Visit fiber animals on members farms, and learn about their daily care (if you’re lucky you can pet them too!)
• Use of loom and spinning wheels on Studio Night along with instruction and guidance on using them.
• Equipment rental: If you are a new or experienced fiber artist, our Guild has looms and spinning wheels available for rental at a reasonable weekly or monthly fee.
• Free Monthly Study Groups concentrating on weaving, spinning, and rug hooking.
• Full Access to the Guild library of books, periodicals, videos and inter-guild newsletters.
• Community service including demonstrations to schools and civic groups in weaving and spinning.
• Participation in area visual art and heritage events.
• Our monthly newsletter: “Ravelings, Rovings & Thrums”.

Individual memberships are $50 / year, and family memberships are $75 / year. The family membership includes couples and families with children under the age of 18 living in the same household. Dues are due in October of each year.
