Our Guild will once again participate in the Festival of Trees Boutique Nov.12th-16th  from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Shilo Inn Convention Center. Set up will be Sunday afternoon the 11th between 2 and 6 p.m. and take down will be 9 p.m. Friday the 16th.

This will be a fund raising event for our Guild, so we depend on members donating any fiber related item to sell. Such items would be needle felted items, handwoven or knit items such as scarves, placemats, hats, mittens, rug-punch or rug hooked items, tassels or fiber jewelry, handmade rugs, sweaters,  or handspun yarn, needlework, even sewn or quilted items. A committee will be formed to tag and get things ready for display.
Please have your items to the studio or to Kathie beginning November 5th. We’re hoping to have everything turned in by November 9th, but other arrangements can be made if you need more time. There is a plastic bin in the meeting room at the studio where you may place your items. Each item needs to be labeled with name of artist, the technique used to make it, price, and care instructions. There will be cards there for you to write your information, and pins for you to attach it.

We’ll need volunteers to work in the Boutique during the Festival week, and help in setting up the booth as well as taking it down.
